Terms of service

These terms apply when you use lutazubrand.com, create an account, buy a game or subscribe to a membership from Lutazu Universal Games ("Lutazu", "we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them.

Accounts

You must be at least 13 to create an account. Keep your password safe. You're responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or misuse the site.

Buying games

When you buy a game, you get a personal, non-transferable licence to download and play it for your own non-commercial use. You don't own the game itself, and you may not resell, share or redistribute it. Purchased games stay in your account library.

Refunds

If a game doesn't work for you, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we'll review your refund request. Refunded games are removed from your library. This doesn't affect any rights you have under consumer law where you live.

Memberships

• Memberships renew automatically each billing period until you cancel.
• You can cancel any time from your account. You keep your perks until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.
• Perks like included games or discounts only apply while your membership is active.
• We may change membership prices or perks. Price changes never affect a period you've already paid for, and we'll tell you before a new price applies to you.

Studio email accounts

@lutazubrand.com email addresses are provided to staff and approved members for studio-related use. They remain the property of Lutazu and may be removed when your role changes.

Acceptable use

Don't use the site to break the law, harass others, upload harmful content, attempt to access accounts or systems you're not authorised to access, or interfere with how the site works.

Our content

Our games, logos, artwork and site content belong to Lutazu Universal Games. Press and creators may use our logos and screenshots to cover our games. Contact us for media assets.

Applications and feedback

If you send us ideas or feedback, including as a playtester, we may use them without obligation to you. Submitting an application doesn't guarantee a role.

Disclaimers

The site and our games are provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we make significant changes, we'll update the date above and let you know on the site.
